Danielle has vast lived experience supporting others in overcoming life’s difficulties. She is a member of Chippewa County’s Trauma-Informed Care Team, Chippewa County’s Youth and Family Services Safe Spaces sub-committee, and Narcotics Anonymous. She has knowledge in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and as such understands the importance of a trauma-informed approach and the need for safe environments, as well as the power of advocacy and having one’s own voice.

As a graduate of Chippewa County’s Recovery Court, Danielle has lived experience in criminal and family court, personal and family drug addiction and recovery, and family reunification - building healthy relationships.

Time away from work is spent with her significant other and five active children, ranging in age from 2 to 14; spending a lot of time outside throughout the year, doing crafts, enjoying music, watching movies, and going to events. If and when she has personal alone time, she enjoys drawing and art, doing yard work, and taking on small projects around the house.
