Victoria (Vic) offers skills and experience as a peer mentor and WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan®) facilitator, and is especially interested in providing spiritual support to people wanting to create more meaning and purpose in their lives. Victoria also supports individuals who have experienced exclusion due to their gender or sexual identity, and can provide affirming spiritual resources for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a trauma survivor, Vic knows the value of body-based healing practices like yoga, movement, and exercise, and can serve as a resource for other trauma survivors wanting to explore new activities as part of their healing process.

Victoria was raised in rural Minnesota and has called many places home, including Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area. Victoria enjoys making mixed media art, reading, listening to music, and staying involved in human rights advocacy. Victoria studied theology at Loyola University Chicago and the Jesuit School of Theology, and has been practicing different forms of meditation for over 20 years.
