Tricia is excited to bring her heart and experience to Milkweed Connections, offering peer support rooted in compassion and understanding. Drawing from her lived experiences with homelessness, addiction, trichotillomania, and trauma, she brings deep empathy and resilience to her work. Tricia is passionate about helping others discover beauty and purpose in life’s challenges, offering encouragement without judgment and fostering connections that highlight each person’s worth.

Grounded in her Christian faith and supported by her family, Tricia has rebuilt her life with stability, sobriety and meaningful employment. She treasures simple joys—playing cribbage, reading, walking her dogs, fitness and spending quality time with her family.
