Amanda wants people to know that your past does not define the person you are today. Amanda has hit rock bottom and used that as a stepping stone to build a better version of her that values herself. She has been through multiple incarcerations, child protective services, probation, and the Family Treatment Court. She has graduated from Family Treatment Court as well as the CCS program. Amanda has been through substance use treatment and recovery and continues to participate in Family Treatment Court as a support to others.
Amanda supports people of all ages and families along their recovery journeys. Her goal is to share her experiences and tools in hopes that she can help others find sobriety and recovery as well. She loves to spend time outdoors with people and is up for any activity.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her young son and family. The outdoors give her a sense of serenity and mindfulness. She has recently added traveling to new places as a hobby she truly enjoys. She loves trying new things and recently discovered she's good at axe throwing.
