Rob joins Milkweed connections to provide peer support. Rob has a deep personal belief that often all we need is someone to walk beside us without judgement, and that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy. Rob strives to create a space where individuals can explore their challenges, express their needs, and begin the process of healing and growth. Rob prioritizes skill-building, focused on empowering individuals to discover their strengths, build healthy coping mechanisms, and achieve personal goals. Rob understands that every journey is unique and is committed to meeting individuals where they are, helping them achieve their own sense of peace, purpose, and growth.

Drawing from his own lived experiences with mental health challenges, substance use and recovery, and unstable living and family situations, Rob brings a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to his work. Having navigated these complex and often difficult realities, Rob understands the strength and resilience required to overcome adversity and is passionate about helping others build the skills and confidence they need to achieve personal growth, overcome challenges, and live fulfilling lives.

In his personal time, Rob enjoys a variety of activities including reading, hiking, snowboarding, spending time with his family and friends, deep conversations, and the occasional gaming session.
