Andrew is a dedicated peer and parent peer support specialist, mentor, and coach whose work is grounded in both professional training and deeply personal lived experience. He brings a well-rounded, evidence-informed approach to one-on-one support.
Andrew’s journey includes navigating mental health challenges, substance use, and incarceration—experiences that now serve as the foundation for the way he connects with others. He understands what it means to face difficult moments, to feel uncertain about the future, and to work toward change in systems that can often feel overwhelming. Because of this, Andrew offers more than guidance—he offers genuine understanding, relatability, and hope.
His approach to peer support is deeply personal and centered on you. Andrew believes that you are the expert of your own life, and his role is to walk alongside you—not to direct, judge, or “fix,” but to support, reflect, and empower. Through authentic conversation, shared understanding, and mutual respect, he creates a space where you can explore your goals, build on your strengths, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you are navigating mental health challenges, substance use, reentry after incarceration, parenting, or simply feeling stuck and looking for a different path, Andrew provides individualized support that meets you where you are. He works at your pace, honoring your autonomy while helping you identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.
Andrew has a unique ability to connect with both adults and youth, creating trust quickly and fostering relationships that feel safe, real, and empowering. His work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through connection—and that everyone deserves someone in their corner who truly understands.
For individuals, families, or professionals seeking authentic, one-on-one peer support that is compassionate, skilled, and grounded in lived experience, Andrew offers a partnership that is both impactful and transformative.
