Whole Health Coaching

Whole Health Coaching is ideal for those who would like guided support in exploring how various dimensions of your life work together to support or hinder your overall physical, mental, and chemical health. An emphasis is placed on self-care and modifying your environment in ways that can best support you to meet your potential.

Some the areas whole health coaching covers:

  • Stress reduction

  • Creating an environment conducive to positive growth and healing 

  • Movement that is right for your body

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Letting go of negative thought patterns

  • Holistic self care support


​These sessions are empowering and rewarding. We focus on a holistic, mind-body-spirit model while addressing specific concerns and goals. These sessions are for those who are motivated to "do the work." While we offer guidance and resources, lasting changes come from the effort you put forth.

All Milkweed providers support a holistic approach to health and well-being. Some providers with more extensive training or experience in various areas of holistic health include Abby, Brett, Hope, Josh, Kate, Leah, Rachel, and Terra.
